As well as using the latest cutting edge technology to market our properties we still recognize the importance of a good applicant register and our offices are adding prospective buyers on a daily basis who are regularly contacted via phone, SMS or email with new instructions, E-Zines and price changes.
As standard, we add a detailed floor plan to every property listing. Both on the sales particulars and online. We are regularly told by purchasers that these are vital in their decision making process.
We consider this an intrinsic part of our role as your Agent and all viewing appointments, where possible, will be accompanied by a member of the Abbey team. This enables us to provide you with immediate feedback from the viewing to act upon if necessary. We also believe our presence at the viewing is important for client peace of mind.

Our extensive knowledge of the West Oxfordshire market is second to none with two hands on and proactive Directors who share over 65 years combined experience of the Oxfordshire property market. Our staff are local people who really know the area and all it has to offer. We wouldn’t live anywhere else!
Our two established village offices are ideally placed to cover the whole of West Oxfordshire and by using the latest cloud based Agency software we fully market all properties from both offices. Two Agents for the price of one!
We will always offer a very competitive fee structure on a no sale - no fee basis. Whilst not the cheapest Agent, we charge a fair and reasonable fee for a truly professional and personal service. We don’t tie our clients’ into long restrictive sole agency agreements. Don’t leave it to chance and choose an Agent based on the lowest fee as this is likely to reflect the level of service you receive.
The Property Ombudsman
Abbey Properties are a long established member of The Property Ombudsman, the only independent redress system for Estate Agents in the UK. Relax in the knowledge that we follow a strict code of practice.

National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA)
There is no mandatory regulation of Estate Agents. When selling probably your biggest asset, use an NAEA Agent who have a clear code of practice and will give a professional service with up-to-date advice and guidance.
