From the Buttercross in the town centre proceed from the Market Square out of the town into High Street. Continue through the traffic lights. This road becomes Bridge Street, at the mini roundabouts bear right into Newlands and head towards Oxford.
Continue up the hill and at the traffic lights turn right into Cogges Hill Road. Take the 2nd Right (Still being Cogges Hill Road) and then the first left into Manor Road then take the first right. No 40 is at the end of the road.
